New Beginnings

The Lord is my light and my salvation. Who shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid? Psalms chapter 27. Verse 1

Regardless of who you are, we all have "new beginnings". Starting a new school, a new job, a new relationship, moving home... What does a new beginning look or feel like for you? It can be filled with a variety of emotions like:

Anticipation, wonder, fear, excitement, hope, hopelessness…it can feel daunting, even challenging.

Whilst September traditionally marks the close of Summer and beginning of Autumn as young people start new schools/new classes etc, October introduces Black History Month.

Let us reflect on all the new beginnings that many have had to endure and are still experiencing today, remembering that with God as our guide and light we can face whatever new beginning may come our way.
